177 prominent Swedish citizens have had their noses cast in plaster and displayed with a note showing the personality of the person. The inscription for the Swedish gourmet chef Carl-Jan Granqvist reads. “A nose for good taste”.
The collection is administered by the Nasal Department and catalogued in Diarium Nasale also called The First Book of Noses. There is now also a Second Book of Noses.
